These Terms of Service govern your use of lamorany.com and purchases from Lamora New York ("Lamora," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked from the site.

Eligibility and use of the site

You may use the site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use its content in a way that violates applicable law or another person's rights.

Pieces, descriptions, and availability

We try to describe every piece accurately, including materials, stone information, dimensions, images, and pricing. Screens can display color differently, and handmade or made-to-order pieces may show minor variations that do not change the design or stated specifications.

All Lamora diamonds are disclosed as lab-grown. Product availability, production timing, and pricing may change before an order is accepted.

Orders

An order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, decline, or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including for suspected fraud, pricing or listing errors, inability to fulfill, sanctions or legal restrictions, or payment problems. If we cancel an order after payment, the amount paid will be refunded.

Lamora pieces are made to order. Please allow up to two weeks for crafting and quality checks before shipping. Timing estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing.

Production delays and your options

If we cannot ship within the production time stated when you ordered, we will email you before that time expires with a revised shipment date, or explain why a date cannot yet be provided. You may agree to wait or cancel the unshipped order for a full, prompt refund, including any shipping charges paid for that unshipped order. Contact orders@lamorany.com to choose. We will request your affirmative agreement to a delay; if we do not receive it by the response deadline in our notice, we will cancel the unshipped order and refund it. Any further delay requires a new notice and your agreement. An estimated delivery date does not limit these rights.

Pricing and payment

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and do not include taxes, duties, or other charges unless stated. You authorize us and our payment providers to charge the payment method you submit for amounts due on your order.

Shipping

U.S. shipping is complimentary and insured. Shipping is currently available to U.S. addresses; international shipping is not currently available at checkout. If international shipping is added, it will be charged separately and import duties, taxes and customs charges will be the customer’s responsibility. Production time is separate from transit time. Full terms are on our Shipping & Returns page. If a shipment is lost or damaged in transit, contact us promptly so we can work with the carrier or insurer.

Returns and buyback

Returns and exchanges are governed by Returns, Exchanges & Buyback. The Lamora buyback program is a separate service benefit and not part of the 30-day return right.

Care, repairs, and alterations

Care services are described on our Jewelry Care and Lamora Promise pages. Work performed by a third party may affect what service we can safely provide later. If a repair or alteration is not covered, we will quote the work before starting.

Intellectual property

The Lamora name, site design, photography, copy, graphics, product designs, and other site content are owned by us or used with permission and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not reproduce, sell, distribute, or commercially exploit them without permission.

Third-party services

The site may rely on services provided by Shopify, payment providers, carriers, analytics providers, and other third parties. Their separate terms and privacy practices may apply to the services they provide.

No professional advice

Content about jewelry, diamonds, care, sizing, styling, or value is general information. It is not financial, legal, insurance, appraisal, or investment advice.

Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site is provided on an "as available" basis. Nothing in these Terms limits any warranty, remedy, or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lamora will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the site or a purchase. Where liability cannot be excluded, our liability will be limited only to the extent permitted by applicable law. These limitations do not affect rights that cannot be waived under consumer-protection law.

Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify Lamora for losses arising from your unlawful misuse of the site or material breach of these Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer law in your place of residence provides otherwise.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on the site when you place an order governs that transaction unless applicable law requires otherwise.
