Made for your order

We make each piece by hand and check it before dispatch. Please allow up to two weeks for crafting and inspection. If we cannot ship within the time stated for your order, we will contact you with updated timing and the choice to wait or cancel the unshipped order for a full refund. Read our shipping policy.

Materials and documentation

Lamora pieces are made in recycled gold and set with lab-grown diamonds. Every piece includes an independent laboratory diamond certificate identifying the issuing laboratory and the stones covered by the report. It is an independent laboratory report, rather than a Lamora-issued authenticity certificate.

Care for the years you wear it

Lifetime cleaning and setting checks are included. Eligible rings include one complimentary resize within 12 months of purchase. You pay shipping to and from Lamora for care and resizing. If a repair is not covered, we will quote it before starting.

30 days to try your piece

Eligible, non-personalized pieces may be returned within 30 days of delivery under our returns policy. U.S. returns include a prepaid insured label. Choosing a standard listed ring size does not make a piece final sale.

A buyback option when your taste changes

There is no minimum ownership period. Eligible pieces may qualify for 60% of the price actually paid after authentication and inspection. You can also choose full credit toward a new Lamora piece priced at two times or more than the original price paid.
